I’m a Compliance Specialist with extensive experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations, focused on speaker programs and advisory boards. I help teams mitigate risk while keeping operations audit-ready, using strong financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

At Woven Health Collective, I oversaw compliance monitoring for pharmaceutical Speaker Programs, Compliance Specialist Advisory Boards, and training meetings across multiple client portfolios. I served as a trusted compliance advisor, verified speaker honoraria, processed compliant payment submissions and reimbursements, and managed end-to-end event reconciliation for financial accuracy and audit readiness. I also performed post-event reviews, maintained compliance systems and trackers, and supported internal audits and continuous process improvements.

During my interim manager coverage at D'Angelo Insurance Agency, I managed daily operations and workflows for an office handling personal and commercial lines. I coordinated with underwriters for timely policy issuance and renewals, managed claims from initial report through resolution, and produced Certificates of Insurance (COIs) while maintaining accurate COI logs and master insurance tracking records. I also acted as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and carriers for coverage changes and claims updates.

Earlier, I partnered with account teams in healthcare account management—serving as a liaison between member pharmacies and internal teams to streamline communication and enable rapid issue resolution using Salesforce and other CRM tools. I also brought operational support experience through program coordination and marketing work, and later strengthened my financial foundation as an accountant ensuring GAAP-compliant documentation, journal entry approvals, reconciliations, and invoice processing with AccountEdge.
