What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow sales and customer outcomes through strong merchant/client relationships, structured documentation, and hands-on problem solving—while leading teams with clear communication and accountability.

I’m a Sales Manager focused on merchant acquisition and building long-term client relationships through consistent execution, goal-setting, and clear communication. I bring customer-first energy from customer care and teaching backgrounds, so I’m able to connect with people and solve problems quickly.

In my current role at Zide Limited, I continuously build merchants’ networks by engaging corporate organizations, training merchants on product benefits, solving merchant-reported issues, and supporting business and revenue growth through well-defined plans. Previously at Palmpay Limited (merchant acquisition), I developed similar habits: fostering client relationships, maintaining strong documentation, and advising others using a solid understanding of products and services.

Beyond sales, I’ve strengthened my service and operational capability through customer care work—answering inquiries across phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media; processing transactions; resolving complaints; documenting customer interactions; and following up until cases are completed. I also handled finance and administration duties as a Bursar/Administrator, including cash management, tuition records, accounts payable/receivable, expense reporting, and budget management.

Earlier, I led Human Resources as an HR Manager, developing and monitoring HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection, overseeing performance appraisal, supporting employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance. I’m committed to being flexible, trustworthy, and self-motivated—creating structured systems while maintaining a compassionate, empathetic approach to people.
