I’m a customer-focused professional with a strong interest in complaints resolution, customer experience, and investigative processes within care environments. I bring a detail-oriented, empathetic approach and a commitment to fair, thorough outcomes aligned with governance and quality standards.

In my role as a Reporter at CROWN TV, I’ve built confidence in storytelling, commentary, and consistent professional work. I’m passionate about writing and narrative-driven communication, and I’m very hard working and respectful about my responsibilities.

I also bring hands-on experience in customer service and in marketing and advertising. I enjoy engagement work and communicating clearly, using strong communication skills to connect with people and keep outcomes aligned with expectations.

As I continue developing through my Bachelor’s studies in mass communication and public relations, I’m driven to grow my leadership and entrepreneurship capabilities.
