At Progressive Credit Ltd, I organized loan application documents, maintained client files, and updated client information. I used Microsoft Excel to sort repayment data into fully repaid, partially repaid, and unpaid categories.

I also made client calls and assisted walk-in clients as part of day-to-day administrative support.

At Shyma Bookshop, I organized files, spreadsheets, and reports, and assisted with preparing reports and organizing information for senior staff.

In practice projects, I created a sample business sales tracker with a chart and organized sample transactions using calculations and pivot-table summaries. I’m studying for a Bachelor of Science in Commerce at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and am seeking opportunities in data entry, spreadsheet support, and administrative work.
