I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in sales management and customer service. My journey began with a diploma in Human Resource Management from Mount Kenya University, followed by extensive experience in various roles, including cashier positions at Kericho Booksellers and Westside Stationers. Most recently, I served as a Sales Manager at Embassy Crystal and Enterprises Ltd, where I honed my skills in workflow management and proactive problem-solving.

Throughout my career, I have developed excellent communication skills, being a native English speaker, and I thrive on engaging with customers and colleagues alike.
