I’m a human services professional with experience supporting diverse and underserved populations in accessing community resources, public benefits, and education support systems. I bring a steady, detail-oriented approach to confidential records, documentation, and client/student guidance.

From 2021 to 2024, I worked as a Substitute Teacher with Swing Education and Scoot Education, supporting students across multiple school sites while managing classrooms of up to 30 youth from diverse backgrounds. In Client Services & Resource Navigation, I handled client intake and interviews, completed benefits applications, referred clients to community resources, and navigated housing and educational resources—adapting communication strategies to meet individual needs.

Earlier, I served as a Lead Preschool Teacher at South Of Market Child Care (2019–2020), maintaining detailed documentation, assessments, and developmental records while partnering with families to identify needs and connect them with community-based support services. I conducted ongoing assessments, communicated sensitive information professionally and compassionately, and developed individualized support strategies while maintaining compliance with program regulations.

I also built strong experience through roles as an AVID Tutor and Mentor (2016–2018) and as a Food Pantry/ Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program Assistant (2015–2018), supporting students and families with financial aid and college admissions processes, eligibility requirements, and public benefits access. With a Master’s degree in Equity, Education & Social Justice and a track record of discretion, consistency, and analytical evaluation, I’m eager to contribute to equitable, holistic admissions review.
