At Shutterfly, I characterized the Photos section across iOS and Android, translating dozens of operational states into wireframes and interaction specifications. I also turned conflicting pricing-display constraints into a buildable UX flow and validated it through three rounds of usability testing.
For SarahWhy, my independent AI product, I designed how an agent communicates status and confidence, including source citations and fallback behavior. I built the team's Figma design system at Shutterfly and ran task-based usability studies to translate user findings into interface and flow specifications.
