What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining game QA/localization and operational leadership where I can lead teams, improve product quality, and grow professionally.

I am a results-oriented branch manager and game tester with hands-on experience managing operations, recruiting and training teams, and performing localization and LQA for game projects. I worked directly with a Korea-based headquarters to test projects, log and track bugs in Jira, and provide Vietnamese and Chinese language support.

In prior roles I managed restaurant operations as supervisor, assistant manager and general manager, controlling inventory, resolving customer and staff issues, and developing staff through recruitment and training. I combine operational leadership with QA discipline and multilingual communication to drive project quality and smooth daily operations.
