I'm looking for a customer service, insurance sales, or licensed agent role where I can help customers find solutions, apply my insurance licenses, and use my communication and bilingual service skills.

I'm currently a Licensed Life Insurance Agent at TruStage and a Life and Health Insurance Broker at Quote Me Now, helping customers navigate life and health insurance options.

At Working Solutions, I support TurboTax customers with troubleshooting and product-service issues. I bring active listening, empathy, clear communication, and solution-focused customer service to every interaction.

As the owner of Melody Sparks and Fashions, LLC, I sell and purchase gold and diamond jewelry while managing customer service. Previously, I led a department at H-E-B, overseeing ordering, pricing, inventory control, and department sales, margin, and labor objectives.
