At Groups R Us, I manage regional projects across KZN, from planning and resourcing through execution and reporting. My work spans broker network development, sales initiatives, and two learnership programmes.
I ran the broker learnership programme end-to-end, from design through delivery and compliance reporting. For the separate in-house programme, I recruited learners and recruited, trained, and supported the managers responsible for daily operations.
I built and ran a 30+ person regional network across staff, brokers, and agents, setting and tracking KPIs and reporting performance directly to directors. I also led a regional product launch, recruiting and training agents and designing training manuals used by other trainers.
As owner of a Fastway Couriers franchise, I managed budgets and day-to-day operations, turning around an underperforming business with 65% customer growth and a 60% sales uplift in the first year. Alongside my primary role, I managed client web projects for New Oaks Development using WordPress, including Divi and Dokan.
