What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in nursing education focusing on assessment, curriculum, accreditation, and faculty development in collaborative, improvement-focused organizations.

I am an accomplished nursing education leader with extensive experience in curriculum design, assessment strategy, accreditation alignment, and multi-site academic operations.

I have led development of student-centered learning experiences, comprehensive curriculum mapping, and assessment implementations—managing large item banks, NGN case development, and multi-campus exam platforms such as ExamSoft, HESI, and ProctorU.

At Chamberlain University I provided strategic oversight of prelicensure assessment across 24 BSN locations, advanced Power BI assessment dashboards, standardized testing processes, and served as the assessment subject-matter expert for regulatory and accreditation inquiries.

I also have sustained academic roles including visiting professor and program director work at Illinois State University, directed simulation programs, led COVID-19 contact tracing and education initiatives, and published extensively; I bring a collaborative, evidence-based approach to improving student outcomes and faculty practice.
