I am a dedicated registered nurse and experienced nursing educator with a strong background in medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, and mental health nursing. I bring clinical expertise and evidence-based practice to support the development of safe, competent, and compassionate nursing professionals.

In my professor roles, I design and deliver evidence-based instruction aligned with current nursing practices and evolving healthcare trends. I translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences across the classroom, simulation, and clinical settings, using tools like VoiceThread, D2L, ExamSoft, ATI, Canvas, and Blackboard to strengthen engagement and learning outcomes.

I am committed to academic excellence through innovative teaching strategies, integration of technology, and alignment with NCLEX readiness. I create, administer, and evaluate assessments using statistical analysis of exam performance data, mentor diverse students with critical thinking and clinical judgment, and contribute to curriculum development, program evaluation, and accreditation processes for continuous quality improvement.
