What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote, full-time role in Project Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, AP/AR, or Finance Operations. I bring 17+ years of finance experience, including 14 years in project accounting, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, billing, reporting, and process improvement. Proficient in Excel, Power Automate, Alteryx, SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics.

At Willis Towers Watson Asia Pacific Shared Services Center, I managed project budgets, cost tracking, WIP, accruals, and month-end close as Business Support Supervisor – Accounts Payable and Receivables. I automated reports with MS Excel, Alteryx, and Power Automate, reducing manual work by up to 3 hours daily.

I also co-designed a web-based request workflow with Corporate IT using Power Automate and SharePoint, automating submissions, allocation, tracking, and requester notifications. On another process improvement, I developed an Excel VBA macro for Outlook draft emails that reduced preparation time from 3–5 hours to about 1 hour per cycle.

Earlier at Willis Towers Watson, I maintained project structures and master data and supported Contract-to-Cash processes. My accounting experience also includes SAP vendor master data, collections, account reconciliations, and billing issue resolution.
