I’m looking for an HR role where I can own employee relations and HR compliance, run smooth onboarding, and support recruiting end-to-end—partnering cross-functionally in a process-driven environment with clear growth into broader HR leadership.

I’m an HR Consultant providing HR Generalist support within a large, unionized public-sector organization. I handle employee relations activities by assisting with policy-related inquiries and documentation, and I execute onboarding processes including background checks and new hire documentation.

Previously, as a Representative, HR Solutions at Campbell Soup Company, I delivered HR Generalist support in a centralized HR service model. I resolved employee inquiries with a 97% resolution rate, maintained 96% SLA compliance, and completed 200+ HR service requests through cross-functional collaboration.

Before that, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Unqork, supporting full-cycle recruiting and onboarding across multiple roles. I coordinated interviews, partnered with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, and developed a buddy onboarding program that reduced ramp-up time by two weeks.

I also bring a people-first approach from my Peer Support Advocate work with Doula of the Divine, where I delivered high-touch emotional and informational support in complex, time-sensitive situations.
