I've spent the past five years supporting the LanguageLine Project through Gi Group, providing consecutive medical interpretation and maintaining industry-specific terminology across English, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, and Spanish.

As a Trainer in the Quality Department, I train and mentor new interpreters, monitor compliance with Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics, and training guidelines, and provide retraining and coaching when needed. I also control and report interpreter performance issues and keep LanguageLine Solutions updated on training and quality development.

Alongside interpretation, I manage export operations at Nippon Express in Maia, including customs relations and transport arrangements.

I'm passionate about helping others and languages, and I'm looking for a challenging role where I can continue growing professionally.
