What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my medical laboratory engineering precision and high-accuracy data auditing to support clinical/administrative quality, while using bilingual communication and real-time problem-solving to improve efficiency and clarity.

I’m a Medical Laboratory Engineer with a background combining global logistics and technical support, bringing engineering precision to complex problem-solving. I’m a specialist in high-accuracy data auditing and I focus on operational efficiency and data integrity in both clinical and administrative settings.

I also work as a Serbian–English interpreter in healthcare and insurance interactions, mediating real-time communication and interpreting complex terminology and sensitive information. Alongside my Interpreter role, I’ve supported customers via email and phone, coordinated solutions with internal teams using Slack, and documented cases to meet SLA and KPI objectives.
