I am a dedicated Lab Technologist with a strong foundation in medical laboratory diagnostics, having completed my education at the Faculty of Health Studies in Sarajevo. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience, has equipped me with the skills necessary to operate a variety of laboratory instruments effectively.

In my previous role as a Call Agent, I honed my communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers. I am adept at using technology, including phone systems and customer relationship management tools, to enhance service delivery. My attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments have been key to my success in both laboratory and customer service settings.
