I'm looking for flexible AI training, data annotation, language evaluation, prompt testing, and content-quality work where I can apply structured research, evidence review, and accurate written feedback.

At SaaSolutions, I investigate user-reported issues, validate expected behavior, and document clear findings for technical teams. I manage Jira Service Management workflows, SLAs, and approximately 27 automation rules while supporting a service desk handling 100+ tickets weekly.

I also built a Jira Service Management solution for mih Fiber from requirements through testing and handoff, and bring experience translating academic and legal material, testing Flutter features, and contributing to cybersecurity research.
