I’m an IT Network/MSP engineer who enjoys solving problems fast and keeping networks running smoothly. I’m dependable, energetic to learn, and focused on serving my company with the best of my ability.

In my recent roles, I visit sites, design, implement, and monitor ISP performance and connectivity. I troubleshoot WAN networks across multiple sites and remote offices, managing routing, redundancy, security, and overall network performance to minimize downtime.

I also handle core network and infrastructure tasks: configuring and managing firewalls and devices, supporting Cisco routers and switches, and administering Microsoft 365 services like Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. On the systems side, I manage Active Directory (users/groups and Group Policy) and support server installation and maintenance (including Synology and file/server environments).

I bring strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, POS systems, and even security/operations tools like CCTV and biometric systems. I work across virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), follow maintenance best practices (backups, patching, security updates), and provide Level 1–Level 2 technical support with clear, reliable execution.
