At Beta Guest House, I served as the primary guest contact, handling 20+ interactions per shift while resolving requests, inquiries, and complaints calmly under pressure.

I combine full-stack development skills with safety-conscious service, clear communication across multicultural teams, and experience maintaining accurate records and coordinating seamless service delivery.
