What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team-oriented role where I can apply software development and testing skills, support customers professionally, and contribute through clear communication, timely delivery, and soft method problem solving.

I am a cooperative, sociable, hard worker, and dedicated professional with a BA in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Mekelle University. I bring strong communication skills, a team spirit, and the ability to adapt to multicultural environments through my education and work experiences.

I contribute through both technical and people-facing work: I have handled software development (YYT, 2018-2022), performed testing of software, and supported online customer service and online payment processing tasks. I also have teaching experience as a teaching assistant/lecturer—covering teaching computer science, evaluating students, and conducting researches—while delivering administrative support as an office assistant.
