I’m a UX Designer with four years designing digital products for LATAM markets, including health, EdTech, and B2B e-commerce. I ground my decisions in research, benchmarking, customer journey mapping, and usability testing—then validate them with stakeholders.

In Natural Tech House, I redesigned a digital health platform as the sole designer, reducing a critical scoring flow from 9 steps to 4 and expanding information architecture plus user flows for new modules. At Ticmas, I redesigned assignment submissions under WCAG 2.1, simplified low-connectivity experiences with offline mode and loading states, and helped standardize handoff criteria by adding components and tokens to the design system. Previously at Almacén Gurú, I improved B2B checkout conversion and designed digital wallet transactional and payment integration flows.
