I'm looking to design trusted, research-driven digital products where I can simplify complex regulated or AI-powered experiences, shape design systems, and partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and research teams.

At UnitedHealthcare, I design Medicare experiences for 9.4M+ members, translating regulatory rules, legacy constraints, and accessibility needs into clear decisions. My plan-comparison redesign improved selection confidence by 32% and increased online enrollment completion by 18% versus assisted channels.

I simplify high-stakes healthcare flows, including a Drug Cost Estimator that reduced steps from eight to five, improved accuracy perception by 41%, and cut time-to-results by 45%. I also own compliant enrollment pathways, support governance discussions, and helped deliver WCAG 2.1 AA compliance through the Abyss 2.0 design-system rollout.

Across SwagCharm, BCI/Ki Teknology, Paisanos, and freelance work, I've built design systems, component libraries, prototypes, and end-to-end digital products. For Santander Prendarios, I reduced a loan application from seven steps to four and helped lift conversion from 3% to 9%.
