I’m a compliance-minded operations professional focused on delivering quality, timely outcomes in federal background investigation and contractor support environments. I bring a steady record of managing complex workflows, improving processes, and keeping teams aligned with changing requirements.

In my most recent role as a Contractor Liaison, I provide day-to-day support to 65+ contractors across specialty departments. I reliably manage compliance and training, audit payment processes, rights-size workloads based on shifting availability and clearances, and keep customers updated on progress while meeting productivity standards.

Earlier, I strengthened leave and benefits operations by creating personalized end-to-end leave of absence management plans and partnering with 50+ client teams, including HR and payroll. I’m known for detail-oriented accuracy across payroll plans, insurance claims, and state and Federal laws and benefit programs, while improving efficiency through cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Across my previous investigator and operations leadership experience, I built onboarding and case-assignment systems that improved speed and output—such as reducing contractor onboarding timelines by 80% and creating SOPs and templates used to train others. I’ve also led teams (including 14 archivists) for document retention at scale, completed customer audits, and supported nationwide investigator movement through process-automation testing, coordination, and continuous problem-solving.
