Megi Tchagalidze

I’m a motivated, fast-learning customer service professional known for being hardworking and caring. I bring great communication skills, high energy, and a friendly, customer-first attitude to every shift.

I’ve worked in fast-paced service roles including Barista and Waitress, where I focused on delivering quality service while staying organized. I rely on strong teamwork and time management to keep things running smoothly, even during busy hours.

I’m comfortable with computer-based tools and have experience with MICROS and Excel. I enjoy using these skills to support day-to-day operations and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

I’m also building my foundation through my studies at Ilia State University and my language strengths in English, Russian, and Georgian. I’m currently looking for a new opportunity where I can keep improving, learn fast, and take on more responsibility.
