At Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd, I develop Java backend applications for telecom operators, including IVR and OBD systems. I’ve integrated SDP SMS APIs, Charging APIs, and Consent gateways, and added Gemini AI chatbot features to a webchat portal.
I converted legacy VXML applications to Java AGI and migrated server infrastructure, including OS and Tomcat upgrades. I also migrated Call Data Records from Redis to RabbitMQ and worked on multithreaded charging processes.
I troubleshoot production issues across databases, networks, and application logic, and optimize backend services and queries. I’ve also mentored junior developers, supported project handovers, and created automation for telecom data pipelines and server health checks.
