I’m looking for a challenging position in a dynamic organization where I can optimize data processes, enhance business intelligence, and contribute to company growth through accurate, insightful reporting and strong execution.

I’m a detail-oriented data analyst and data research leader with a strong track record of translating complex datasets into actionable insights for decision-making. I focus on turning messy, large-volume information into clear outputs that help teams move faster and smarter.

In my current role as Manager – Data Research at The Economic Times Business Verticals (ET B2B), I spearhead end-to-end data research execution—from requirement gathering to final delivery—while keeping projects on time through continuous workflow monitoring. I also direct large-scale data mining, build research methodologies, and apply rigorous data validation to protect accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

I strengthen the foundations behind analytics by administering and optimizing internal databases, implementing segmentation logic, and enforcing data governance frameworks. I develop executive-level performance dashboards and reports that highlight trends and improvement areas, presenting insights in a way leadership can act on immediately.

Previously, I led teams as Sr. Team Leader – Data Research, managing research delivery before client deadlines and coordinating cross-functional work to produce error-free outputs. I also supported large teams in earlier research roles—allocating tasks, running live quality checks, and tracking conversion rate performance (above 92%)—which shaped my disciplined, quality-first approach.
