At Primary Children’s Hospital’s Grant Scott Bonham Fetal Center, I’ve grown annual patient visits from 606 in 2022 to 1,121 in 2025 while expanding clinic operations from 2.5 days to four full days per week.
I lead specialized nursing teams, budgets, philanthropy-supported initiatives, workforce planning, and cross-system care coordination. I’ve helped operationalize fetal interventions including Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome laser ablation and Fetoscopic Myelomeningocele repair, while maintaining productivity below target during rapid growth.
Across more than 20 years with Intermountain Health, I’ve advanced pediatric, fetal care, ambulatory, staffing, and nursing education programs through quality improvement, leadership development, and high-reliability operations.
