What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine perinatal risk expertise with bedside leadership—partnering with clinicians, mentoring learners, and using evidence to strengthen safe, compassionate patient outcomes.

I’m a senior Registered Nurse currently working in a Float Pool role at Baylor Scott & White, traveling between units in the greater Austin area to meet regional census and staffing needs. I care for patients across L&D, IMC, and med/surg while maintaining a consistent focus on safe, compassionate, evidence-based delivery of care.

In previous work as a Perinatal Risk Manager at Ascension Seton, I reviewed and investigated patient care after unexpected outcomes to help determine whether the standard of care was met. I communicate openly with patients and their families and collaborate with perinatal leaders to identify risks and gaps in current practices—turning lessons learned into safer throughput.

I also bring a strong education and mentorship background. As an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member (and as a Clinical Affiliate Instructor), I supported learners through learner-centered activities, created patient assignments, facilitated OB simulations, and met regularly with students to evaluate learning goals and ensure successful progression.

Earlier in my career at Baylor Scott & White, I built depth in inpatient obstetrical nursing—triaging pregnant patients, providing care through labor to postpartum, and circulating for cesarean sections while partnering closely with physicians to prevent and manage complications. With certifications including Epic EHR, ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, I’m driven to continuously improve outcomes through clinical excellence, coaching, and patient-centered teamwork.
