What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead healthtech product end-to-end—discovery to launch—partnering directly with clinical users and engineering to turn complex workflows into measurable growth in a fast, learning environment.

I’m a healthtech Product Manager with deep EHR and medical billing domain expertise, known for bridging clinical users and engineering teams. As a founding-stage PM at Clerk EHR, I owned the full product lifecycle—from user research and roadmap prioritization to spec writing, QA/UAT, and post-launch iteration—while serving as the sole voice of the customer on a team with no prior chiro industry experience.

I self-teach complex technical domains fast, turning messy customer feedback into sharp product decisions. I identified a critical failure in the core insurance billing module, learned medical billing standards and clearinghouse integrations over 12 months, and led the initiative that transformed a broken feature into the company’s highest-grossing product package; meanwhile, I researched the competitive EHR landscape to shape the Pro (insurance) package, growing from 3 beta users to 30 long-term accounts and improving retention from 10% to 70%.
