I’m looking for a junior role where I can use my recruitment and customer service skills to support teams, engage people confidently, and deliver high-quality outcomes—especially in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments that value communication and teamwork.

I’m a psychology graduate and dedicated, personable professional who brings strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills to every interaction. I completed a BA in Psychology & Sociology and also hold a 150-hour Advanced TEFL/TESOL certificate, which strengthened my cultural awareness and understanding of learning needs.

In recruitment, I managed the full 360° process—sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, client liaison, placements, and admin—while creating job ads on LinkedIn/Placement Partner and coordinating Zoom and in-person interviews. I’m energized by high-volume, results-driven environments, and I consistently maintained a friendly, professional, customer-focused approach to deliver quality candidate matches.
