What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my HR skills and contribute to a dynamic team focused on talent acquisition and employee development.

As a dedicated Junior Recruiter based in Cape Town, I have honed my skills in human resources and training over several years. My journey began with a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Monash South Africa, where I developed a strong foundation in Geography and Journalism. This educational background has equipped me with the analytical and communication skills necessary to excel in recruitment.

Currently, I work as a Human Resources Assistant at Learnlight, where I am responsible for scanning and filtering CVs to identify candidates with the right skills for various job postings. I also liaise with applicants regarding their application status and provide welcome training for successful candidates. Additionally, I serve as an Artificial Intelligence LLM Writing Evaluator and Trainer, where I evaluate model responses and ensure quality across various dimensions.

My previous experience as a Language Trainer and ESL Tutor has further enhanced my ability to communicate effectively and adapt to diverse learning needs. I am passionate about helping individuals find their ideal roles and thrive in their careers.
