I currently provide peer-led support at Horizon Peers in NYC, helping individuals navigate behavioral health challenges and connect to community-based resources that improve member stability. I also maintain accurate documentation of interactions and progress in electronic health records.

Before that, I worked as a Peer Support Specialist at Healthfirst, managing a high-volume caseload for people with severe mental health and substance use disorders. I delivered intensive peer support and relapse intervention, and documented services, progress notes, referrals, and follow-ups to stay compliant with timelines.

I started in community habilitation at Hawthorne Foundation, providing one-on-one services, assistance with benefits applications, and daily self-management activities for clients in private residences. I’ve also worked with Montefiore Medical Group as a Community Health Worker linking members to resources like appointments, medications, and transportation, and earlier in clerical support through NYC Human Resources Administration.
