I’m a Compassionate and highly dedicated Behavioral Health Professional with 5+ years of experience delivering peer recovery support, crisis intervention, patient advocacy, and case coordination. As a Certified Peer Support Specialist (APSS) and Certified Support Advocate (CSA), I focus on establishing therapeutic relationships, de-escalating behavioral crises, and guiding clients toward personal wellness goals.

In my current role, I manage individual client assignments while maintaining precise clinical documentation in electronic database systems. I conduct high-volume weekly telephonic and face-to-face community outreach, complete client intakes and Wellness plans, administer standardized MARS-12 assessments, and collaborate with clients to build goal-oriented behavioral wellness and safety plans.

I also bring experience facilitating recovery-focused groups and connecting clients with critical local resources to reduce care barriers—always using a trauma-informed, safety-first approach. I’m currently pursuing LCADC licensure and a Community Health Worker (CHW) certification, with long-term aspirations of achieving BCBA certification.
