I’m a Compassionate Peer Support Specialist and Mental Health Advocate with 20+ years supporting individuals affected by addiction, trauma, mental health conditions, and disabilities. I bring a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, with strengths in peer support, crisis intervention, recovery and wellness planning, and resource navigation.
Across roles as a care coordinator/advocate and mental health life coach, I’ve facilitated peer support groups and led workshops on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and healthy coping.
