Meet Rajeshbhai Shukla

I bring a versatile blend of legal practice, finance, business development, and social entrepreneurship. My dual qualifications in MBA (Finance) and LLB shape how I approach growth—through legal clarity, financial rigor, and measurable community outcomes.

As a Junior Advocate, I support senior counsel with property verification, loan documentation, and banking-related legal workflows. I conduct legal searches and property due diligence, draft precise petitions, applications, and contracts, and prepare detailed legal briefs for court proceedings. I also represent clients in lower courts and assist in high court matters across civil, criminal, and corporate matters.

I founded and lead Shree Padmanabh Amrut Foundation to drive community development and social welfare. I manage fundraising campaigns, stakeholder relationships, partnership development, volunteer coordination, and impact measurement, while collaborating with government bodies, corporate partners, and community organizations. I aim to build initiatives that scale responsibly, with sustainability at the core.

In parallel, I work as a Revenue Partner at a digital marketing agency, driving client acquisition and consultative selling to achieve consistent sales targets. I also rely on analytics—conducting market research for post-pandemic buying behavior and using statistical analysis and data visualization to generate actionable business insights. I’m pursuing advanced research on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) as a catalyst for corporate sustainability.
