What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can handle IBC matters, lead commercial litigation, and provide corporate advisory—ideally in a collaborative firm with scope for complex insolvency and transaction work.

I am an advocate focused on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code matters, corporate advisory, and commercial disputes, with hands-on experience representing clients before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and the Bombay High Court.

I have secured admission of multi-crore insolvency petitions, including a ₹200 crore loan default case with PIRP initiation against directors, and drafted high-value redevelopment agreements while coordinating litigation strategy with counsel and stakeholders.

I routinely draft and review corporate contracts, conduct due diligence to identify compliance risks, assist in managing IBC processes and CoC meetings, and aim to deliver pragmatic, results-driven legal solutions for creditors and corporate clients.
