What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow as an Advocate combining precise legal research, contract drafting/review, and compliance with meaningful legal education or academic administration—where continuous learning, strong communication, and responsibility for time-sensitive work are valued.

I am an Advocate and LL.M. in Constitutional Law professional with a BBA LL.B., combining research-driven legal work with classroom and academic administration experience. I also pursue continuous learning through certifications from HarvardX, the University of Queensland, and IIT Kharagpur.

At ASA Lawyer, I conduct research on statutes, case laws, regulations, and legal precedents, and I draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, notices, pleadings, and motions. I handle compliance and contract negotiation across NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and employment contracts, while summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and witness statements within timelines.

In teaching and administration at Maharishi University, I teach Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Labour Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Investment & Competition Law, and Environmental Law, while serving on committees like the Time Table and ERP Committees and contributing to NAAC Internal Audit documentation. I also support academic governance through the Board of Studies and Examination Committee, and I help lead the Debate Society and Cultural Committee through workshops and competitions.
