At Georgian Card, I coordinate acquiring and payment-system delivery across VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, DCI, and JCB, connecting business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. I closed 70–80% of a multi-year backlog within one year by improving requirements intake and delivery prioritization.

I’ve led complex payment migrations through contract renegotiation, license renewal, certification testing, and go-live support. When a payment regulation change encountered a testing gap, I coordinated business, IT, and vendor teams through recovery to a successful second go-live.

Previously, I delivered Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX consulting and implementation work for more than 40 clients across finance, procurement, sales, inventory, manufacturing, HR, and supply chain. I translated business needs into FSDs, test cases, deployments, integrations, and Power BI reporting, while resolving high-priority client issues quickly.

My background also includes banking project coordination and Dynamics-based ERP business analysis for pension, retail, finance, and distribution clients. I’m comfortable working remotely across US, European, and Asia-Pacific time zones, and I bring a practical, delivery-focused approach to complex stakeholder environments.
