I’m a Quality Assurance professional with PCQI, FSMA, and PSA certifications, and hands-on experience managing food safety programs, product specifications, and process trials. I help ensure compliance with FSMA, GMP, and customer standards through careful investigations and evidence-based recommendations.

In my current role as a Quality Assurance Trialing Evaluator, I support desert food safety operations with environmental swabbing, ranch inspections, and GMP walkthroughs. I manage customer adjustment investigations by comparing external complaints with in-house inspection data, then use data tracking and trend analysis to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

I also design and execute product trials (variety and packing tests), create and revise product specifications, and deliver data-driven reports to leadership. My goal is to support quality improvements and product launch decisions while bringing new products and processes to market with operational excellence.
