In quality roles, I’ve performed thorough inspections of incoming materials and manufacturing processes to meet established standards, including GMP compliance. I’ve also completed sensory evaluations of raw materials, in-process, and finished products, and performed routine analytical testing such as pH, acidity, density, Brix, Viscometer, Bostwick, and water activity.

I’m comfortable with audit-ready documentation and proactive quality control practices. I’ve maintained internal audits, supported corrective and preventive actions, managed consumer complaint tracking and trend analysis, and used PDCA-style review in weekly quality operations to keep improvements measurable.

Beyond quality, I’ve strengthened my people and communication skills through direct support work and education support, where I handled detailed documentation and individualized care plans. Recently, I’ve also supported logistics and field reporting by coordinating routes, managing checklists, collecting real-time data, and running self-audits to ensure procedural alignment.
