I currently work in the reseller team of Friend Broadband Network, and I joined four years ago—so I have four years of experience. I focus on practical field execution: installation, setup, and troubleshooting to keep network and client services running smoothly.

My day-to-day strengths include performed field-level installation, PC setup, and structured cabling activities. I install, terminate, and test UTP cables and RJ45 connectors, configure LAN infrastructure, and support network racks, switches, PDUs, UPS systems, and rectifier units.

I also handle fiber optic work and hardware support, including fiber optic splicing, SFP module installation/configuration, and fiber link testing. I diagnose network, cabling, fiber optic, and power-related issues, complete preventive maintenance, maintain technical documentation and service reports, and coordinate delivery and logistics support for project sites.
