I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and finance/accounting work—supporting clients with accurate reporting, responsive communication, and process improvement, ideally with a team that values data-driven decisions and continuous growth.

I’m a dedicated finance-and-operations professional and current CEO leading a creative and digital solutions agency’s strategy, growth, and client relationships. I oversee website development, digital marketing, branding, and consulting while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes and customer satisfaction.

For 14 years, I managed end-to-end accounting and financial operations, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards. I led accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting, and audit coordination—while strengthening internal controls and training accounting staff to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Alongside finance, I support remote and community-driven work by managing developer communities, moderating discussions, and improving engagement through structured initiatives.
