I've completed a BBA and built practical experience through self-driven Human Resource Management projects focused on recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee welfare.

In my HRM project, I conducted an independent study of HR principles, developed a self-assessment system, and designed a SMART goal-based personal development plan. I also executed online training programs and tracked progress and performance improvements using Microsoft Excel.

My background includes business strategy, marketing, project management, organizational behavior, financial statement analysis, and investment strategies. I've strengthened my communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Beyond academics, I've organized college cultural events and sports competitions, participated in a college fitness club, and volunteered in a social awareness program in Bihar.
