What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead telecom network delivery end-to-end—design, monitoring, and incident/problem resolution—while partnering with stakeholders. I want a role where I can apply routing/switching and security expertise, and keep improving availability and performance through data-driven reporting.

I’m a telecom and network specialist who blends technical leadership with hands-on expertise across routing, switching, monitoring, and security. At HCL Technology Limited, I provide technical guidance to project teams while designing and implementing telecom systems, networks, and infrastructure.

In my current Senior Specialist role, I focus on testing and quality assurance, stakeholder management, and high-availability outcomes. I monitor networks for performance and security issues, manage incidents and recurring problems, maintain configuration and topology updates, and deliver network performance reporting and analytics.

Earlier, as a Technical Support Administrator, Network Engineer, and Network Associate Engineer, I built strong fundamentals in OSI/TCP-IP, Cisco routers and switches, VLAN/inter-VLAN and core switching technologies, and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP. I also handled VPN (Site-to-Site with IPSec), Cisco ASA configurations (NAT, PAT, ACL, ASDM, security levels), network monitoring with SolarWinds and WhatsUp Gold, and trouble-ticket-driven support—supporting users and infrastructure across multiple locations and environments.
