I'm currently supporting AWS cloud infrastructure at MNP Technologies for a P2P social media-centric app, monitoring server availability, disk, CPU, memory, process, and network issues through ServiceNow and Jira alerts.
I set up and manage AWS services including EC2, EBS, ELB, SSL, Security Groups, RDS, IAM, VPC, subnets, CloudFront, Route 53, CloudWatch, and SNS. I also manage DNS records, backups, AMIs, snapshots, volumes, and AWS resource upgrades.
I automate OS-level administration with Ansible playbooks, Terraform modules, and shell scripting. My Terraform code is maintained in GitHub, with remote state files stored in S3 by environment.
I've supported Linux and Windows server environments, installed releases and upgrades, resolved software issues, and provided technical support for production and development environments.
