At ValueSaar, I’m co-founding and developing a pre-launch multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace focused on India’s small sellers. I define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for planned capabilities including no-code storefronts, live selling, and AI-assisted sentiment insights.
At ENCORA INFOTECH, I built Quest’s vendor and customer management platform from the ground up. It supports 1,000+ users managing 5,000+ vendors, and I defined workflows for invoice-to-PO matching and exception flagging that contributed to an estimated 40% reduction in manual processing.
For ServiceLink, I served as Product Owner and Scrum of Scrums facilitator for a mortgage and title platform, coordinating delivery across eight Agile teams and directly leading three teams through MVP delivery. I also owned enhancements to Experity Health’s Practice Management, EMR, and EHR products.
Earlier, I supported digital banking and Trade Finance launches for Standard Chartered in five countries, including integration with Temenos T24. At ITC INFOTECH, I led analysis for Herbalife’s payment platform migration across 93 countries, which was completed on time and within scope with zero business disruption.
