I'm designing the cryogenic engine testing platform superstructure for an ISRO project via Tata Projects, including engine-bay folding and dynamic moving platforms. I manage the complete design and manufacturing lifecycle against strict aerospace testing standards.
At Kvantamatycs Design Bureau, I've delivered structural engineering for JK Cement's 3.5 km overland conveyor system, UltraTech Cement material-handling systems, lattice towers, cranes, silos, crushers, storage racks, and automated infrastructure. My work includes SolidWorks 3D assemblies, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and detailed BOMs.
I've also trained and mentored engineers in SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and CATIA V5 through CAD/CAMbridge, CAD/CAMguru, and Apollo Institute, with practical focus on mechanical design, GD&T, plastic-domain work, and documentation.
