I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer with 13+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens NX (UG NX 3 through NX 2312), covering 3D parametric modelling, assembly design, 2D drafting, GD&T, and BOM preparation. I’m known for delivering production-ready Siemens NX design automation platforms for global clients across automotive, tyre engineering, aerospace, heavy structural, and pressure vessel industries.
I build and deploy NXOpen (C# .NET) CAD customization using Knowledge-Based Engineering (KBE), along with automated drawing/PMI workflows and Mechanical & Electrical routing solutions. In my current Consulting Manager role, I develop NXOpen Block Styler and Windows Forms UIs, rule-based parametric platforms (including Tyre Engineering Automation), and aerospace electrical routing templates, then support releases with debugging, enhancements, and customer issue resolution.
