At Worldwide Machinery, I delivered custom-engineered heavy-equipment products from concept, R&D, 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, and PLM through new product introduction.
I led the design of passenger cabins for 58 CAT pipelayer tractors, 30-ton lifting booms, and modular Welding and Lubrication Deck attachments for ST-150X crawler carriers. My work covered CAD models, BOMs, GD&T drawings, fixtures, structural FEA, material selection, and manufacturing collaboration.
I reduced hydraulic mandrel operational time by 70% through a modular mechanical attachment system and redesigned SP-350 HD padding-machine components to eliminate operating errors. Earlier, I reduced a Laurini earth-crushing vehicle outlet cycle from about seven minutes to 35 seconds by developing a conveyor flight system.
I bring hands-on mechanical design experience across oil and gas, construction, mining, and heavy industry, using CAD, CAE, DFMA, FMEA, Lean techniques, and fabrication process oversight to build manufacturable equipment.
